About Us
Cultural Heritage and Collections Unit, Creative Communities, Sunshine Coast Regional Council
The Cultural Heritage and Collections Unit manages the Council's galleries; heritage and art spaces; and collections. The unit provides the lead resource for the visual creative and heritage arts for the Sunshine Coast, designing and delivering high quality, innovative exhibitions, events and programs that acknowledge, celebrate and investigate the region's unique and diverse character and culture.
TreeLine is one of 10 exhibits planned to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of the Caloundra Regional Art Gallery in 2010.
TreeLine Vision
TreeLine will be a challenging, interdisciplinary and interactive art/science/community event that will highlight the impact of our lifestyle choices on our ability to sustain a healthy planet. TreeLine will involve visual and new media arts, theatre, dance, music, sculpture and storytelling, and will actively involve participants in the creative process.
