Photographic Consent Form
Event date: 30 Jan 2010 - 4 Jul 2010
Educators, Community Groups and Individuals wishing to have photographs considered for use in TreeLine documentation, including website and other public forums are required to complete a photgraphic consent form for each photgraph involving children.
